One thing that I found handy was that I could print out the specific recipes and have them close by to reference the ingredients. You can also view the e-book on your computer, smartphone or tablet.   4. Was lucky enough to have stumbled on to this website and see your review of the red smoothie detox. Thanks for writing this, I was looking for a detailed review like this!
