Anxiety can be a debilitating condition that literally can paralyze you from a normal life. It’s incredibly important that if you are suffering from anxiety that you realize that others have been in your position before and fear along with anxiety is cyclical. More fear can lead to a higher level of anxiety and anxiety can lead to fear. They both reinforce each other so that most immediate thing that you may be able to do is to put the fear aside.
Practice breathing exercises, take a deep breath and try to calm down. Sometime we just need someone to tell us this harsh reality. I’ve found marijuana to be very effective at alleviating my own personal anxiety, but I am not condoning it’s use outside of a medical recommendation from a physician. What works for one person, may actually exacerbate anxiety in others.
Be mindful that anxiety can be conquered but it takes incredible effort dealing with the anxious foundation that need be worked hard on to reassemble, so to speak.
