    I purchased the Yoga Burn.
    Zoe says to do 3 15 minute sessions for a total of 45 minutes every other day.
    I noticed that the separate phase videos are approx 45 minutes for each one.
    Each phase is for 4 wks each, right? For a total of 3months?
    What 15 minute videos is she referring to?
    I want to be sure I understand before I start Phase 1 this week.
    Please clarify??

  5. Hi there Jaki, the main idea of the yoga burn series is three 45 minute video programs. It would really depend on your skill level. Feel free to complete all three 45 minute videos each week but only once you are comfortable with them. This is the expectation of the yoga burn plan. However if you are not comfortable there is no stress and you can take as long as you need with the first phase video “foundational flow”. Take as much time as you need with the first and second phase because they provide you the skills needed for the “mastery flow” phase. Alternatively if you are already experienced with yoga, you can try to do all 3 phases each week. There’s no pressure with yoga burn and the choice is yours!
